UPDATE:

29/09/2025 Severe and Extreme Weather - Trigger Action Response Plan added sections as per below:

• Level 1 trigger for Rain: 50 to 100mm (24 hours)
  - Inspect stockyard conditions. Restrict access to stockyard if required.
  - drains and collection pits are empty.

• Level 2 trigger Rain: 100mm to 150mm (24 hours)
  - Restrict access to stockyard for all auxiliary mobile equipment i.e. loader, grader, drum roller.
  -drains and collection pits are empty.

• level 3 trigger lightning
  - If a vessel Tie-up or Let-go has to be completed during this time, the lines crew are to follow Section 6. Appendix A operating under a yellow/red lightning alert, from their Vessel Mooring Services Prestart.

15/10/2025 Scaffolding Specification
UPDATE: The change is around the length of time to which a scaffold must be inspected.

A Scaffold inspection must be completed a maximum of every twenty-eight (28) days from last inspection, or initial erection date.

Note, for scaffolds that are complex in design and subject to high loading (eg. during painting or blasting), or exposed to severe weather conditions (eg. cyclones or tidal impacts), reinspection intervals may be shortened.

This revised timeframe must be specified at handover by the constructor or WICET representative and clearly recorded on the scaffold tag and register.
