Operating Philosophy

The WICET operating philosophy is to optimise Nominal Capacity to achieve each Take or Pay (ToP) Shipper’s Capped Annual Tonnage and best practice operating costs per tonne.

Stage 1 terminal capacity will be maximised and WICET obligations to ToP shippers met through strict adherence of terminal operations to the rules defined in the ToP Agreements, Capacity Usage Rules and Terminal Rules.

Terminal Rules & Handbook

This Handbook has been developed as a single document and is also available in two (2) separate volumes: WICET Terminal Handbook - Volume 1 (Body), & WICET Terminal Handbook- Volume 2 (Annexures), to facilitate electronic distribution to interested parties. Both volumes comprise the Handbook and the recipient should read both volumes together.
